Come and learn simple tools and strategies that can help you to manage and overcome anxiety and reduce stress. I will talk about the different facets of the One Body Wellness Model I use with my clients and in my everyday life to stay calm, centered, and balanced within.
How To Calm An Anxious MindTM Workshop- 3 hrs $99
During this workshop, we explore the One Body Wellness Model in greater depth. You will learn more about the 5 Life Areas and the 3 Pillars of Peace. You will experience relaxing breathing and meditation techniques. You will learn how to use exercise to your advantage to create calm and reduce stress. You will better understand how to use food to optimize your mood and vitality. Come and enjoy a few hours dedicated to learning strategies you can apply immediately in your life to calm anxiety and reduce stress.
How To Calm An Anxious MindTM Course- Meets once a week for 6 weeks $299
In this 6-week course, you will receive ongoing support and coaching to help you put the One Body Wellness Model into action in your daily life. We will have weekly group discussion and exercises to explore the 5 Life Areas and the 3 Pillars of Peace in greater depth. You will receive support in identifying any dietary struggles and establishing healthy eating habits to calm the mind and nervous system. You will also experience weekly guided meditations and help with establishing your own meditation practice. This course is perfect for those who would like regular coaching and support to empower you to feel calmer and more balanced in your everyday life.
