At One Body Wellness Coach, you get a personalized fitness program designed to meet your unique goals... and your busy lifestyle.
The Redmond-based, open-air space is well equipped to provide 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions, focused on results-driven workouts. Sessions incorporate a balance of flexibility, strength, and cardio exercise. Exercises can be adjusted to all fitness levels. Small class sizes means personal attention from the trainer, and a community-feel where everyone empowers each other with encouragement, praise, humor and friendship. Join a small group One Body Fit or One Body Stretch class (every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) or request a personal training session when it works best for you. |
