Weekly Small Group Fitness Classes:

Ongoing classes at my Garage Gym:
One Body Fit:  Every Tues & Thurs 9-10am

This class is an effective mix of circuit training, interval training, and fun games.  A great way to improve fitness, strengthen & tone, and have fun in an uplifting supportive environment! 

One Body Stretch:  Every Fri 9-10am
This class is a unique combination of stretches, yoga postures, and Pilates mat work.  A great way to improve core and back strength, feel more balanced, centered and supple!
